Repair Parts
PROTHERM electric infrared heaters are in-plant repairable. Eventually all heaters need repair from damage or long use. The cost of repairing individual parts as needed, instead of replacing a complete heater, can save up to 50% or more. To save you money, PROTHERM offers a range of DIY replacement parts such as elements, coils, boards, glass, board assemblies, and almost every part of the heater. Call us with the heater serial number or job number and we can quote you the exact replacement parts you need.
Repair Services
If you do not feel comfortable repairing an electric infrared heater, PROTHERM offers repair services. Send us your heater and, for a small fee, we will evaluate the heater and send you the cost estimate for review to give you the option to repair or replace. If you choose to repair it, we can rebuild the heater reusing what is still in good condition saving time, resources, money, and the environment.
Accessories
When purchasing electric infrared heaters, don’t forget the accessories. To simplify your purchasing time, PROTHERM carries a large stock of materials that may be needed for installation, such as high temp wire, thermocouples, TC wire and plugs, ceramic wire nuts, flex conduit and fittings. We can also fabricate matching mounting frames, insulated enclosures, and controls to precisely regulate the electric infrared heaters.

Installation
Even though we build our electric infrared heating equipment to be simple to install, PROTHERM can help you with installation services from start-up support to installation supervision to full turnkey. Warranty
PROTHERM, LLC electric infrared heaters and equipment are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year or 2,000 hours, whichever is first, from the date received by the customer, providing that the units have not been misapplied. Other component warranties will be honored according to their individual specifications. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from transportation, misuse, or abuse. Evidence of field modifications or repair voids the warranty. The liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of purchase price, of faulty material or workmanship, FOB Brandon, MN, which upon examination prove to be defective within the warranty period specified.
